Rules arguments we can settle, which edition fits your table, a typo or a broken link on one of these pages, and anything else about the game itself. We read everything; replies usually take a couple of days.

What lives with the retail partner

Anything about a specific order: payment, delivery dates, a box that arrived dented or did not arrive at all. Checkout happens on the site of our retail partner, so their order page and help desk hold all of that and move much faster than our inbox can.
