The box was sold on the listing, so the return goes back the same way. Open the order in your account over there and the return option sits right on it, with the deadline and the condition rules printed next to it.

Our address takes letters only. A game box sent to the work table cannot be processed there and will not count as a return anywhere; it would just be a lost box.
