The box was sold by our retail partner, so the return goes back through them. Open the order in your account on their site and the return option sits right there, with the deadline and the condition rules printed next to it.

Card games generally travel back unopened within the stated window; an opened deck depends on the current policy for the listing. The order page states what applies to your box, and what it says beats anything we could summarize here.

Our address takes letters only. A game box sent to the work table cannot be processed there and will not count as a return anywhere; it would just be a lost box.
